Summary: (No Spoilers)
Mac O’Malley has recently come and settled in Geneva, Illinois after his retirement. Writing about his own achievements has made him proud but he is often distracted by one thing or the other. Usually found drinking coffee or munching snacks in Tiny Wanderer, one of his trusted and favourite place.
But not everything is going happily during the Christmas Walk. O’Malley’s friend and the owner of Tiny Wanderer is found dead in her own house. The death seems normal to everyone, even to Vince (Mac’s brother, Geneva police detective) but the retired cop.
Millie is a sweet, fun and a very practical person. Working for the Salem Bank, sometimes helps his very close and dear Mac in his mysteries. Athlete in her college days her legs are sometimes useful when Mac cannot run with the cane.

Gordon: Son in law of Patricia
Fanuccni: Owner of Fanucci’s Restaurant who tried to give higher price for Tiny Wanderer among the two interested buyers.

It your one-sit read! The storyline is easy to catch up and the book no-where stretches with the plots. The characters are fun and interesting as well. The book is very light-hearted and can be enjoyed with a smile throughout. You surely wish to give a try to this one!
The use of normal easy English is used in the book. There could be more detailing about the characters, scenarios and the thoughts and feelings expressed/felt by the characters.

While the book is very engaging, the plot lines ahead can be predicted (SOMETIMES). People sometimes like when a little more intermediate language is used.
